This week, Jennifer Aniston joined social media for the day by taking over Living Proof’s instagram account. I am obsessed with LP hair products and have always liked Jenn so this was an event I had to check out. My social studies teacher told me in 10th grade I reminded him of Rachel Green. Ever since then, she’s held a special place in my heart, but I think it was just the hair and ADD.
Like many of us health freaks, she posted her meals and gym studio starting with breakfast and forgetting by dinner.
Like my buddy Bex, it looks like she has her own chickens?! How does she have time to be a farmer?
Then it was time for a barre class. I know Ms Aniston loves a good Pilates class and run but I did not know she was also a fan of Barre. I am not surprised though because I like to tell myself we have similar tastes.
After Barre, she shared lunch, maybe dinner or just part of one? There were lots of users asking what she used for dressing and I’m going to assume it was a little EVOO and lemon but who knows?!
Obviously this is not just what she eats. When we share bits and pieces of our lives online, we tend to only share the positive. I do know a trainer who has worked with Jenn a few times and she told me that she is very regimented. She doesn’t fall off the band wagon, she’s not too strict but she is always “good” about what she eats and based on her Instagram pics, it appears she is a very clean eater.
One thing we can confirm is that she does not follow a vegan, Paleo or gluten free diet which I find kind of refreshing. I think she looks great and if eating a diet like this and doing barre classes with Pilates and running is how, then I’m on board.
